It will also help us estimate the time required to complete the job, which in turn will help us schedule the job sooner.

Turning Off The Water

Please tell us if the water can be easily turned off. If unsure, please let us know. This is crucial given that most plumbing tasks require the water to be isolated. We do have contingency plans if this is not possible, but this would of course add to the workload (and the cost!) or in extreme cases, it could make the job impossible without involving third parties (especially in blacks of flats).
